Thanks to the collaboration with internationally renowned chocolatiers and pastry chefs Pomati manages to combine tradition with quality and technological progress, making use of a staff that is always up to the objectives. With a wide range of capacities from 5 Kg to 35 Kg we are able to cater for most requirements.

Easy use and quick learning make TEMPERATRICE T5 a fundamental aid for pastry, ice cream and HORECA laboratories. T10 TEMPERING UNIT

The T10 TEMPERATRICE machine is capable of giving an edge to the production of chocolates and filled pralines, thanks to its important capacity. Like all POMATI tempering machines, the T10 also has a forced air cooling system that provides a large quantity of tempering, even for long periods of processing.

The T35 POMATI tempering machine with the highest tank capacity, perfect for those with a higher production of chocolate and filled chocolates and needs a real independent technological assistant.Like the other tempering machines, the T35 also guarantees uniform heat distribution on chocolate thanks to the special internal heating technique, with reduced energy consumption.
